I’ve lost my mind!
This weekend was a challenge for me as change came to play. As I snuggled into new living arrangements, my cadence and pace have shifted. There are more sounds, voices and activities than the country quiet I was in. I am surrounded by family. I am surrounded by wholeness. My wholeness has attracted wholeness times five.
I read Tolle’s Power of Now in 2001. After reading the chapter on ego, I took a proactive stance and immediate began reprogramming my mind telling it it was no longer in charge. The initial experience was a three-day withdrawal akin to taking the body off a habit of Starbuck’s coffee, cold turkey. I experienced headaches and body tremors with significant inability to settle down and function. I was managing a medical division at the time and I remember it started on a Monday, so the challenged experience was exacerbated by corporate responsibilities and motherhood of a teenage son in the aftermath of divorce. Unfun!
Part of my journey over these past years has been teaching others centeredness and core beingness. The core emotional body is within the enteric brain (core energy): sternum to pelvic floor, navel to spine, hip to hip. Focusing on core being in the body has brought a keen awareness of where thought comes from, how it enters the body and its travel pattern as it makes its way to the brain and out through expression. Experiencing life from your core body is more attune to your soul-human experience allowing one the greater probability of actually living the life they came here to live. However, there is that whole mind thing that keeps getting in the way.
The human mind has a strength that is very hard to get a handle on and few are truly doing the work that allows them complete success. One exercise to help you know whether you are making decisions in alignment with your core or soul path is:
- Focus on your brain. Take 3 slow breaths that go no further into your body than the neck. Ask yourself, “What is present and ready to manifest for me today?” Write down your first response and move on.
- Focus on your heart. Take 3 slow breaths that go no further into your body than the lungs. Ask yourself, “What is present and ready to manifest for me today?” Write down your first response and move on.
- Focus on your belly. Take 3 slow breaths breathing deep into the belly. Ask yourself, “What is present and ready to manifest for me today?” Write down your first response and consider your discoveries.
If you are not getting three different answers, pat yourself on the back because you are in greater alignment than 90% of the human population of the planet. What you will discover through this exercise is the level at which you are living your life, who or what is in charge and how close or far you are from walking the path that fulfills your deepest dreams and desires.
The human mind is attached to the conditioning within humanity. It will, if you let it, keep you in the flock of sheep following leadership you don’t see or have access to because the leader is the band of energy the mind is connected to. Living life from the heart keeps you bouncing back and forth between the heart and the mind with a growing pull from the core.
Core beingness, core communication, core living – these are your connection to the soul, higher self, God within. Opening one’s self to this experience is like moving the rock from in front of the tomb. It takes a strength of monumental will to make it a priority in your life over the human mind and heart. The conditioned strength of the human mind keeps us in an unconscious state of ‘sheepishness’ unless we continually choose differently.
I have been teaching this for years. My past decade has been a journey of choosing and re-choosing, committing and recommitting to, my self and the marriage of my soul. I have been walking, fighting my way through, searching, shooting through portals, removing veils and discovering unknowns. It was not until the resulting experience of regarding myself as whole that I have finally moved into my core beingness in fullness.
And, I have lost my mind in the process…
In recollection, it was a little more than a week ago AA Michael said to consider letting go of all concepts, goals, desires, plans, etc. I did. Nothing happened except feeling calm and at peace while life shifted without my resistance. Wholeness attracted itself to itself and new experience began. In the midst of the shift, beingness took its opportunity to take over and for three days, I have not been able to grab onto thought with any kind of certainty. Everything seemed squishy and unformed. Concepts were vague. Goals and dreams felt as if they disappeared completely.
What was happening? The more I tried to figure it out, the more distant I felt with myself. I felt I was being swallowed up in the new energies, yet the new energies didn’t feel uncomfortable. Change was afoot and I felt uncertain of the surrender. It was during a conversation where the whole of another communicated with the whole of me and synchronization occurred. The wholeness became a greater whole and the mind has no power in the presence of the empowered wholeness.
This experience is where humanity is headed. This lifetime, next…it doesn’t matter. It’s happening all over the planet as wholeness joins itself to create greater wholeness. This is the formulaic blend of sustainability and the conditioning of the human mind has no place here. A few weeks ago, I asked to know sustainability and here it is. I have lost my mind!
This is a new experience. Thought enters the body and is considered only in the enteric brain. This is the emotional storehouse. Since I have cleared out the genetic debris of lifetimes of stored emotion, there is no charge or trigger being added to the thought as it travels to the brain in my head. Even during a situation that is a natural trigger for anyone at the end of a day of moving, I experienced its emotion as if it was being headed off at the pass. The charge did not happen. Only the consideration of the charge made its way through. This gives the human a choice – a moment of pause, perhaps. Does everything then become consideration rather than reaction?
This is where I chuckle. I cannot answer that question because I have no connection to the mind that would. I’ve lost my mind…and it feels good and whole…and extremely peaceful and quiet!

Have you ever found yourself running from change? I discovered that’s where I am right now. I’m in a new place and my thoughts seem to be moving a million miles an hour non-stop – even interrupting my sleep. Yet, I did not know I had moved into freneticism until I decided to look at why I had manifested little things not working out.
It was the simple misplacement of a recording that got my attention. It’s a small thing at the end of a string of other smaller mishaps. The recording is a channeling for myself that turned out to be a channeling for a friend. Information on the tape contains an ethereal conversation and description of imagery of new experience happening in humanity from the latest shift of the solstice. When released to those who can interpret its larger effect, it creates a shift of awareness in the Game – on many levels. At some deep level, I am running from the sharing of this. Why?
The answer is not so forthcoming as I write. I only know I have hit on a truth because the release of the building energies in my own body has now shifted into a bubbling excitement my brain has not yet come into resonance with. It’s like being with happy people when you are not feeling so happy yourself. In those moments, you can either move deeper into your personal misery or get happy.
The information revealed is not writing itself in this blog as yet. It is for those who specifically understand until more can be known to build the foundational information that connects threads. Today’s writing is about moments of change and how they do truly show themselves to us long before we are aware of them.
When we aren’t living in a space of our body’s emotional awareness, our changes happen as sudden jolts, launched bombshells or misperceptions in the landscape of life. No change is sudden. All change is an evolution of energies shifting themselves into a new life, livelihood or living. If you are surprised about change, it’s because you have not been paying attention to the subtle shifts taking place right before you, which always begins within you.
Today, change is reaching for me to share it and I find myself shifting away to avoid it. I feel like my children when they would call out complaining, “He/She is touching me!” Change is touching me and somewhere in me is not ready to be in it. Does it change my direction? Does it impact my dreams? Is it my dreams and somewhere in me I’m unwilling to let go of a game I don’t know I’m playing? Self-sabotage rarely reveals itself before the deed is done and now change seems to be playing “Tag! You’re it!” with me.
When we run from change, don’t look at it or pretend what is happening is not actually happening, we run the risk of not blending with its moments in ease and comfort. It’s happening anyway. It is the turning of the back that creates the significant surprise – desired or undesired.
Well, change has arrived for me. I must sit and commune with it to know its truth. Is it for me? Is it only the information I am to pass on that affects the greater consciousness? Is it a procrastination of a ‘To Do’ on my personal list that precedes my next step?
We run from change every day. Every day change continues whether we are aware or not. Even those of us who thrive on a changing world cannot help but resist what my Team has described as a large truck barreling onto my path. While they have assured me it does not run me over, its energy is greater than the experience of my preparation.
Even me, who welcomes change, cannot breathe in moments such as this. If you are one who resists change at every turn, I suggest you do as I am about to. Sit quietly within yourself, invite change to pull up a chair and start talking. This kind of communication in the language of Light allows you to co-create with change. It’s a much better transition than being run over or drug along in life.
Terrifying as change can be, there is a freshness change brings with it. The new energies of change allow for new growth and visions. It’s like getting a new box of chalks to play on life’s sidewalk.
When change happens, start coloring!

Love is a delicate energy in relationship and powerful in healing. Having experienced love in many of its all-encompassing degrees, I have come to know its lasting strength lies in realm of regard, commitment and acceptance.
When love enters one’s domain, its features can be overwhelming, causing the many walls of defense to spring into action as we outline territories, protect boundaries and sometimes disagree wholeheartedly with its appearance. What is this fear we have of love? Why does love exchanged with another human being cause us to strap on the armor, lace up the running shoes or push the voice of speaking its truth deep into the recesses of the heart? Is love all that terrifying to experience?
I am being prepared. Love has graced my life many times over. I even asked to know how deeply I could love. The experience was expansive, heartbreaking and heart healing. It was a period of years where conditioned concepts of what love in relationship is came crashing down around me as I came to know its truth. Love holds no secrets, fights no wars and hides for no one.
What is this preparation for? Why have so many of my ethereal Team reappeared after periods of long absence to speak again of love in relationship? What could be deeper than having experienced the love of my Twin Soul, my other self? What could be beyond the far-reaching love in the Sisterhood and Brotherhood of my Soul’s Mates? What kind of love is more fulfilling than the experience of love in utero, expanding itself in life and letting it go as its wings have developed into adulthood? What could be more exquisite than love of Self, God within?
We are in a space of recognizing co-creation with awareness. Two short years ago, 600 million Souls gave birth to their expression through their adult humans awakening to their enlightened states. We have a lot more company these days, Lightbearers. We are no longer limited to partnering with unawareness to shift for the ascension process. Love in relationship with aware co-creation is now a gift we can give ourselves on this planet. Is it near? Is it sustainable in the shifting energies of today’s constant change?
The frequency blend of Sustainability requires two or more wholes coming together in commitment to the highest good outcome of any project or intention. I recognize the missing wholeness in the me of past relationships and those playing in love with me. I have reached wholeness and the regard of it rocked my world in no uncertain terms. When you regard your self as whole, all that is lingering in disregard and un-wholeness pops up like groundhogs in a carnival game. Wholeness in me is now in process of attracting wholeness in others.
I am now nearer to sustainable love than I have ever been and it seems Love is returning to play. I have explored deeply to deactivate my mine fields. The current conversations of preparation are to ascertain I hold no hidden weapons of mass destruction so easily wielded when love is not recognized. Two wholes co-creating with love as one in a clear playing field. Many have already accepted this gift in their lives and I am looking forward to knowing the experience for myself. I wish it would come faster than it has, but know there is purpose in the current moment.
Love is a delicate energy in relationship and powerful in healing. In the space of aware co-creation, love becomes powerful in relationship and delicate in healing. Co-creation strengthens the strength of love. Aware co-creation increases its sustainability exponentially.

I am in love with the world of Frequency! It is a playground for me. One where I play with frequency like someone plays with recipes or the mixing of paints to color their world. Playing with frequencies of emotion, to me, is like having a box of 10,000 crayons. The challenge, at times, is where do I want to play today?
As an Artist, my current dilemma is acrylic or watercolor. I have both on the art table. One, I am very good at. The other, I have forgotten my way to the remembering of my gift. One is easy and brilliant! The other is momentarily an internal fight knowing my artistry is in there somewhere. The more I relax into it, the easier it is for the flow of creativity to speak to me. It’s the not remembering I’m good at it that is getting in the way. This is uncertainty, doubt, disbelief – all frequencies of emotion ready to leave when I am ready to be done with them. This is the human game.
This fight between me and me and creation is reflective of the fight between us and our emotional frequencies. We really are good at being happy and productive and easy in our relationships. It’s the remembering that is elusive to us. We’ve come together in agreement of higher accord to do this, accomplish that, play here and expand there. Yet, in our human beingness, we tend to look toward the ground of things rather than reach for the higher view.
Frequencies of emotion are strands of light, fields to work in, whole places to visit, experiences to have. They can be separated and re-blended to make specific recipes of creation. One can remove undesirable frequencies and call forth or step into whole fields of desire, singularly or in a full array of emotional choice.
As with any box of crayons, I tend to gravitate toward certain colors. My color fixation is currently with regard, kindness, trust, love and truth. When working with specific potentials on my path, I put my project(s) in the fields of truth, certainty, trust, love or any mix of knowingness for a variety of determinations. Is a potential for me? Are my co-creators partners or lessons? Is the potential for this lifetime? Is it now? Is it for the future? Is it certain? Am I certain? There is much one can discern when utilizing the Fields of Frequency.
Place yourself and/or your project(s) in the field of certainty. Just sit in quiet and hold yourself there. All in you, or your projects(s), that is not certain will surface for you to process. Often it is immediate. Process it. Then, sit still just a little longer in the greater quiet. You will begin to hear the deeper regions of hidden obstacles beckoning for your attention.
Be in consideration when visiting the field of truth. Truth is truth. Unbelief or disbelief will distort the perception of what is revealed in truth. Truth will display itself suddenly – or – you will find yourself in the hall of mirrors where untruth is held before. Never visit truth from the intellect, or you will find yourself walking deeper into the maze of illusion…and perhaps, delusion.
As with all play, co-creating with friends is more fun. We all do this everyday. Yet, consciously co-creating in the Fields of Frequency is exponentially more powerful. Co-creating desired creations brings forward results that are often termed miraculous as another healthy box of 10,000 colors is added to your own!
The Fields of Frequency are my higher view, my process, my work. It is the world of conscious creation refined.

In our quests through life, whether we are a prayful person or a meditator, we are seekers of the Light of God. Whether your God is within or the man upstairs is inconsequential in one’s unfolding journey, it is the Light that responds. Light attracts itself to the Light of prayer, meditation and our frequencies of thought and emotion. In every moment.
As I began my own journey into enlightenment, I did not know God had a different dictionary than Webster. Yes, there were various interpretations to many words throughout cultures around the world. But, certainly God would know what I meant when I asked for freedom, love and happiness. Learning the Language of Light is learning a foreign language.
Light is light. It is frequency in motion. Humanity’s language is conditioned. Light’s language is of Highest Good. If you seek freedom, Light displays all of your not-Light creations of constraint and limitations before you and you begin the dance of choice. If you seek love, Light shines on the many not-Light masks of love until you come to know love of self. If you seek happiness, Light is ever so steady in its persistent glare of our not-Light shadows until we have shed all that is not authentic to our individual nature.
The choice of self in authenticity is the expression of Light itself. Highest Good.
God of the ethereal heavens does not carry cash. Yet, it is the Light we turn to when our personal economics take a downturn. Cash carries a frequency that is flooded with negative connotations. We have a global currency of ‘dirty money’. Clean it up. Bring Light into your money by bringing your money to the Light. Offer it to God for cleansing in prayer or meditation. Let the Light cleanse its past and direct its future, which does include your well-being. Highest Good.
So many of us have turned to the Light about our finances as the gap between the few haves and the many have-nots increased, Light responded by shedding itself over ourselves that we may see our false foundations – which has nothing to do with cash. Berating what has been shown in our economies is low frequency activity. Co-creating solutions creates harmony and speed in recovery. Highest Good.
Many have made the commitment to eradicate poverty in this lifetime. Light loves commitment. Light is strengthened by commitment. Light has responded by bringing attention to Darfur, New Orleans, Burma, Haiti and our own backyards of depravation all over the world. We consider horrific conditions, sadness and anger. Light sees love and partnership in the opportunity. Highest Good.
There is irony and humor in Light, for once you turn to it for help, It turns to you for help. When we turn to Light, it shines itself over all that is not-Light. Light shines itself on our behalf showing us which shadows are in the way of our desires until we have become the Light within. Then Light attracts Light to become more Light. Light chooses the freedom. Light chooses love. Light creates happiness for itself. Highest Good. Different Dictionary.

Nature is depended on us. As humans co-creating, the natural world has been altered by the influence of the human will. We override the will of our individual soul every day. Now that we are a collective of 8 billion strong, our influence of suppression over soul expression threatens suffocation of the earth itself. Gaia is pushing back.
In the period of change within one human when the soul takes its stand of ‘no more’, a radical shift occurs in the mind and body that puts the human will in automatic pilot mode. As much as you try to assert your will, nothing in your life works like it did before. Old arguments no longer hold fast, you and the people you love or work with are suddenly speaking different languages and the belief systems you have based your every step on crumble around you as a new landscape becomes manifest. As the human will grasps to know truth and find its stable ground, the soul is steadily moving in for its turn at full expression.
We are a humanity in alarm at the health of our earth’s body and its changing mind of weather. As I grouped with my fellow meditators and prayful partners around the globe to quiet the energies of the tsunami headed toward our beloved paradise called Hawaii, I felt the exclusion of the Soul of Gaia in our quest for a peaceful outcome. In one split second moment, she reached through the blanketed suppression held lovingly over her body to help calm the waters. She willed to express. In the very next moment, it was the combined energy of the human will calming the tsunami that pushed the Soul of the Earth back under the water.
What becomes of unexpressed energies? What power have we, as a collective, added to the unexpression with the frequency of suppression? Suppression is a frequency of low calibration. It is as if putting a pillow over breath until there is no will, movement or life. Regardless of the good or ill behind the intention, the frequency of suppression is suppression, a stiller of life and a force over nature.
When the soul does not have its way through authentic expression in partnership with the human, havoc becomes manifest through the push-pull of human will and divine will. Peace does not come until the authenticity of both are integrated and working in unified expression. We have the desire for health of our beloved planet, yet our human will is not in agreement with itself, so it is not in a ready state to be in agreement with Gaia’s divine will. In all of our good intentions, we are yet to collectively focus with trust on the one frequency that brings all into eventual balance – Highest Good.
Can we, as a human race focused on creating good, trust Highest Good to become itself and manifest in our physical world? This is the greatest challenge each individual faces in themselves and an even greater challenge as a collective. It has become even more of a priority as a key factor to evolution as those choosing a Light-based life join their energies and become the power of meek inheriting the earth.
What are we doing when we seek to rescue one part of us from an oncoming tsunami wave because we think it’s the right thing to do? Sit in the frequency of Highest Good, ask how you may serve it and act from there.
Nature is depended on us.

Recently, the questions coming forward have increased asking about the spiritual aspects of the shifting earth and weather patterning. Is this natural evolution or are humans co-creating these disasters through our thoughts and actions? This is complex, but can be digested more easily when we consider threads of frequencies in vibrating pattern.
In receiving the many mass emails to pray, heal and calm during the recent quakes and tsunami, there was one common thread of consideration that kept eeking its way to the surface while I worked in the vibrational fields. Earth has a soul, too. Like humans in their own moments of overstocked pent up emotion, the suppressed energy coming from within the soul of the earth becomes expressed through quake, storm, volcano, etc. If we are considering these moments in the frequency of fear or alarm with the intent to re-mold the outward expression into another suppressed state – trying to make it better – we are co-creating oppression. Gaia, Earth, must release itself just like a human emotion or soul must release itself. Expression is expression. Left unexpressed when ready leads to dis-ease or discomfort, which becomes volcanic or life-shattering later when it is let go.
When we are praying, meditating, holding space or energy for a person or cause, there is a vibratory field of intention that is rarely considered unless one can fully allow Highest Good. Disasters are not meant to harm or pay back or teach lessons. They are energies of release. And, yes, they are co-created.
In the quest for freedom, energy seeks its way out. If there is suppression, whether it is in one body or one planet, it cannot stay put for long. In the case of the planet and our changing humanity, our co-created energies of not expressing ourselves in authenticity every day has built up to stage where the dam is cracked and cracking. Whether it bursts entirely is determinant on the vibrational cleanup in our emotional frequencies. Unkindness has run its course and Kindness has taken a stand. In the fields of frequency, the two are simply vying for territory – of which we humans are in control. Which side do you/we choose? Whose team do you/we play on?
When we look at the world outside our window, we see our rocks, trees, our daily landscapes. Evolution of earth is very slow to change. It appears the same everyday, so it can be hard to conceptualize how one’s emotional state can affect the tree outside your window or plant next to your desk. We, as human beings, appear separated from the seen and unseen parts of earth because we are not traditionally conditioned to know ourselves as connected or the same. When you can consider nature and your self in the terms of vibration or emotional frequency, the connection becomes clearer and, hopefully, obvious.
For example: In the consideration of suppression and the female frequencies, I don’t know of anyone who has not been in the presence of a woman who finally finds her voice in a situation who could not see the correlation between her explosive expression and an earthquake. The act ranges between a minor tremor to cataclysmic. Until recent years, hurricanes have been labeled with female names. We are known for our sudden release and men often dance around our unexpressed emotions.
Nature is creation – female. It does not matter who or what you are, you carry feminine frequency in you. The population of women, however, carry the stronger version of it…and, we have suppressed ourselves, or allowed suppression, for a variety of reasons for thousands of years. Female is a frequency. Whether you are human, a germinating seed or the earth itself, the thread of the frequency of Female is one line of vibration we are all tapped into. We are connected by a thread – a vibration of light that is labeled ‘Female’.
The frequency of Female carries aspects or characteristics. Soft, delicate, kind, caring, nurturing – these are all vibrational blends that sit inside the thread of Female. As a human race, as a proactively co-creating and intentional minded aspect within the universe, we have suppressed these aspects for so long, we are losing our feminine sides. We already understand that decay happens when there is non-use or lack of feeding and nurturing. While women today still experience our feminine sides, it is no longer a matter of consistency. We have become compartmentalized in our femininity as our society shifts and we open ourselves to greater experiences of expression.
Females are balancing the male/female aspect at a faster pace than men are balancing their male/female aspect. In trying to balance, we are not yet tilting the scale to the side of balance and earth is showing us her mirror. The mirror we see in nature is two-fold. Her suppressed energies are expressing themselves in larger gasps of “Enough!” And, nature is mutating as shown in the accelerated systematic disappearance of species. We are, in essence, losing aspects of our female frequency simply because so few of us are nurturing the Female side of self with care.
This is a lot to wrap the brain around. Often, we get to this point and disbelieve because we have lost the starting thread or turn away because it’s just too much to consider. We are all right and we are all wrong in our conversation of global warming, global freezing, human participation, natural change, etc. We are all right because it is all, at various levels, correct interpretation. We are all wrong because we are looking in the wrong direction for permanent change to take place. Look in, not out.
Humanity and Earth are in the midst of a major life shift. The human body and earth are one operating system. The frequencies are the fuel the system runs on. The viscosity of our fuel is thick with dense, low vibration that does not allow for natural progression with ease and comfort. We, humans and humanity, have clogged up the system with our alignment on the side of our unkind tendencies.
As is the nature of nature, nature has the ability to correct itself. The challenge the nature of earth has right now is an 8 billion strong parasitical blend of frequencies that have leaned on the side of unkindness. Earth is coughing and choking in its grasp for breath. While we look at the quakes and the collective landscape or earth change, we are still not seeing the whole picture.
Change the vibration. Change the frequency of your emotional body and you change the frequency of the planet itself. All of nature, including the human, is both male and female frequencies. We are all threaded together through the frequencies of our vibrating emotional bodies. Start forgiving the frequency of unkindness and its associated ‘family’ members. Begin embracing kindness in action. Then, walk the steps deeper into the depths of your genetic storage house and start clearing the way to your better future.

Freedom. In the aftermath of a major life shift many years ago, I categorized a list of goals I desired to attain. I took those categories and broke them down into further bits, then took the bits and made more lists of pieces. During the first three years of this goal-oriented journey, the lists were checked off, reviewed, revised and dates of achievements were calculated and recalculated when they applied. It did not matter which list, pieces or parts I was working with, Freedom was at the top of every one.
Freedom of the Heart is lofty enough. It was, however, Freedom of Mind, Body and Soul in combination that hid in the unwritten language between lines. It is the path I have walked, often in the uninformed consent of the Human-Soul relationship.
When I made my lists, I simply wanted to make choices without limitation. I did not know the quest of Freedom would lead to the breath of expansion as mind, body and soul came together in one cohesive union and operating system. Freedom, indeed!
I have been on hiatus from public life for many months now. The incubation has not been a change of venue. The Law of Vibration is still my area of expertise. In fact, the world is finally speaking my language as we get together discussing such things as vibration, frequencies of emotion, center balance and core aspects.
“He who understands the Principle of Vibration, has grasped the scepter of Power.” The Kybalion. When you comprehend, utilize and experience life at this level, you have the keys to the kingdom, so to speak. It does not mean every door you open is pleasant. It simply means you own the power of that which is hidden and the alchemy to change it becomes rote.
Freedom…true freedom as a human being…is achieved through knowing and understanding vibration of the emotions, actions and choices in everyday life. From the considerations we have with our foods, the jobs we involve ourselves in everyday and the kindness, or unkindness, we allow. These are all experiences of vibratory frequency that create and co-create our imprisonments with ourselves and one another.
When we come to those places where we simply must break out of our patterns or situations, it is not just our humanness suffocating under our limitations. The soul must breathe. The soul must express itself. It is the soul yearning for freedom, but it cannot do so without the consent of its human companion. So begins the journey of spiritual enlightenment and, ultimately, the journey to freedom.
This blog will follow threads of knowing as I have experienced throughout my own highly unusual transformation. The world of change is speeding up and more are re-joining the Game back to knowing their authentic self. It is the place of soul-human connection. It is the place of freedom. The path of knowing it is through knowing the vibration of it – in truth, trust and love of who you are to the very core of your universe within.
