Wave of Self Respect
Were I to wish a wish for healing others, it would be a healthy dose of self-respect. What do you have to say about that, Voice?
Collective: Self-respect heals more than wounds, Ruth. Self-respect is the portal through which all frequencial friends of respect enter and play in the collective. When one is in healthy respect of self, compassion tones the sight, cohesiveness connects the hands and understanding expands.
There is no greater gift in the service of self than well-being in respect of self.
How do we spread it around – quickly?
Collective: Know it in you. It is there, you know.
I am there, am I not?
Collective: Yes…and no.
Your are in respect of self. You have yet to allow that respect connect fully into the greater collective. It permeates the close circle of you. It does not yet expand in exponential wave with free course and action to fulfill itself.
I sense an urgency of importance to my world.
Collective: To all worlds.
Let’s do it. How do I allow my wave of self-respect to wander through the course of humanity at will?

Ruth now, that’s a big Wow, Bang, Pop! I LOVE it!
And, must tell you that I read it several times…well,
at least once and then as I was walking on the beach
in my little carribean paradise on the SW coast of Florida
where I am still receiving ‘Crop Circle messages on Sand dollars…
(((they are marked with the letters G on some and C on others and this
year I got one little one that was a heart shape! They began to appear last
Sept-Oct. after I had been creating Life is a Beach Mystery Games which started with a tiny crystal double tetrehedron triangle a friend had given me…soon I was energetically placing one huge tetrehedron over the entire Gulf of Mexico and then, swimming all over the Carribean with the dolphins and tossing thousands of tiny ones and spinning them in the waters for healing, balance and harmony for Earth Mother and all our relations! )))
Yesterday on my walk as I am in prayer, meditation and gratitude for all our Galatic Star Being Relations coming to assist in our ascension and knowing that the G & C are love notes of appreciation from the Galatic Confederation and the Pleideans a New Meditation came into my thoughts:
Pranic Breathing in through the white tube coming into the crown chakra from the Love Omniverse of All That Is I bring my breath to my heart chakara and breathe out millions, billions and trillions of tiny spinning, twirling, dancing, singing little tetrehedron’s filling the ethers, waters and all our relations and cleaning up the Gulf of Mexico Oil Spill with living love and light! I could feel like a little bubble machine with prana flowing in and magical, mystical, musical little triangles, trinities, light body merkabas
spinning out through my heart like bubbles shimmering in all the rainbow colors, singing, humming, omming, dancing, spinning, spinning, spinning in
celebration of love, life and light!
